Join GA/LA/UD for a full day in Brooklyn, starting at Higgins Hall, designed to provide our prospective students with an introduction to our community and curricula.
The schedule will open with a welcome from Chair Andrew Holder, followed by a chance to connect over lunch with faculty and current students. After lunch, we'll feature faculty presentations covering their current work and how it pertains to pedagogy across our programs. You’ll have the opportunity to sit in on an open Q&A with departmental leadership, and see student work presented firsthand.
The afternoon includes breakout sessions to delve into individual programs, a coffee break with topic tables for informal discussion, a guided tour of the spaces you'll be working in at Pratt, and will finish with the opening reception of our upcoming exhibition, The Unbearable Heaviness of the Light Frame.
